  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Process

  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift Bags & Gift Wrap: These items are considered final sale due to their personalized and consumable nature.
  • Greeting Cards & Note Cards: Once used or written on, these items cannot be returned.
  • Itty bittys®: These collectible items are non-returnable unless defective.
